Staining A Friendship

The plaintiffs say the defendant is their neighbor. They claims she was supposed to sell some ink cartridges for them and give them a 30 percent cut. When they asked for the money, she claimed the cartridges were a gift. They’re suing for what she owes them. The defendant says one of the plaintiffs said they were gifts and only asked for money when they saw the ink on eBay. She’s countersuing for all she’s out.case 29-376
