The Oakley Wave of the Winter is a one-of-a-kind event which rewards the surfer who successfully rides the single best wave during the winter season on Hawaii's North Shore. This past year, 11-time World Champion Kelly Slater continued his dominance at Pipeline, taking both the $25,000 Wave of the Winter crown as well as the $20,000 Overall Performance Award.
