The plaintiff says he hired the defendant to tend bar at an event he was throwing, but she canceled on him and left him scrambling for a replacement. He’s suing for the amount he paid the new bartender. The defendant says the plaintiff was threatening and condescending before the party, so she told him she didn’t want the job.
