It was delicious and a quick easy meal. Great omelette recipe 3 scrambled eggs1/4 cup of Red pepper, green pepper, sweet onion and diced up ham1/3 Cup of shredded cheeseI sautéed the vegetables with the ham first in butter and a little olive oilWhen those were done I poured the eggs into a circle on the griddle and added pepperWhen the eggs start to set up add the cheese, veggies and ham on top of itAfter the eggs set up more go ahead and fold the omelette however you like and give it a flip
