Guessing Stars VS Workthespace

Star ratings are the guiding light in Football Manager before you know anything else about the game. You look at those golden beauties and think they are a good indication of overall, but Workthespace and I are here to tell you star ratings on FM are there to fool you! Not really, but we both make a living playing FM so we sat down to guess how high the player’s ability is based on their star rating.I have no idea how it is going to go, stars are tough on FM in general and very staff dependent, but I have faith that Workthespace and I will find a way to get most of them right. It is possible that we don’t adapt our tactics to the game at hand fast enough, but here I am writing this beforehand hoping that is wrong.
