Grandparents Telephone Scam

Earlier today I received a telephone call from a young man who said he was my grandson. He said he had been in an automobile accident and was in jail for driving while intoxicated. (My oldest grandson is “11” so I figured this was a scam.) I decided to audio record the session and I’ve posted the recording here on YouTube in hopes that people would watch it and get a better understanding of how these “creeps” scam older people. I also reported the scam to the local police. So if you have 20 minutes ……. sit back and listen as grandma and grandpa (I play both parts) learn about the trouble facing their grandson and how much money he will need to get out of that trouble. If nothing else …… I kept these “creeps” tied up on the phone for 20 minutes so they couldn’t scam someone else. Enjoy.
