The plaintiff says his son attends Rutgers and rents a home from the defendant with six friends. He claims the defendant lied about spending money to clean the house and is taking advantage of the students. He’s suing to get their security deposit back. The defendant says he rents to college students and alleges they are messy. He claims the place was covered in garbage and beer cans, so he withheld money to cover the costs to clean it up.Case 29-411
