Being Sticky Fingered

The plaintiff says he met the defendant at a club, and then the defendant stole his debit card and items from his home. He’s suing for damages, items, and defamation. The defendant says the plaintiff bought him drinks all night and he went home with him. He claims the plaintiff gave him several items from the house, and he’s countersuing for defamation and pain and suffering. Case #24-070
